Application and Approval
policy for Renters and Buyers of Mobile Homes.
1. Applications must be filled out completely (every
question acknowledged pertinent or not) neatly printed and legible.
2. Perspective tenant or owner of home must pay for and
submit a credit and criminal background history on each applicant who is
18 years or older. 3.
All persons 18 years and older must sign application and provide;
A. Full birth name.
B. Birth Date.
C. Social Security Number.
D. Drivers License.
E. Provide a photo ID.
4. Water will be shut off when home is vacant. Water will
not be provided unless applicant and owner have properly applied for and
been approved. 5.
Park management will deal with the owner of the home regarding space
rent, water and any other issues involving the home or the space. (Not
the tenant) <The owner of the home is responsible for the tenant.>
6. Current space rent for non title holders of home is
$175.00 per month (Renters-Buyers). Park will provide 1 full copy of
park documents for applicant. It is the owner's responsibility to make
copies of Park documents for applicants. It is the owner's
responsibility to make copies for applicants and their records. You can
also go online to
www.south-texas-mobile-home-park.com to print documents. Owners must
provide Park with a copy of their rental or sales contracts, these
contracts must state that all Park documents are apart of their
contract. It is the owner's responsibility to screen applicants and
provide park with a completed application.
7. Any violation of this applications policies is grounds
for evicting the home from the Park.
8. One of your first statements to a perspective tenant
should be, we will have to do a credit and criminal history on each
person 18 years or older. |
